As soon as there is another internet service provider in my area. I am gone from Suddenlink. I'm even seriously considering satellite internet (even as spotty as I know satellite internet can get, it might be worth it) I reset my modem at least once a week. (I have a more expensive modem than the piece of crap the rented me. Because what they rented me I had to reset EVERYDAY!) Fluctuations in speed day to day. Never any satisfaction from costumer service. They charge me twice sometimes and I have to fight to get my money back, every damn time. Takes 2 or 3 days to get my money back. Prices keep going up. A LOT!If you have a different option I would suggest taking it.

Horrible customer service, account and billing statements differ from service being provided not to mention employees with an attitude.Wish there was more competition and better services to choose from, specially when it comes to internet.
