Salford Rumtini

Method: Hard shake to create the texture/foam and fine strain into a coupe/martini glass. Garnish with three coffee beans.

Asian Parsnip Sour

Method: Shake all ingredients over ice and double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a dash of angostura bitters

Blueberry and Peach Sour

Method: Put 10 Mixologist’s Garden blueberries into a jug and crush them with a co*cktail muddler. Pour in the gin and stir briskly for 20 seconds to infuse the blueberry flavour and colour. Strain the gin through a fine meshed sieve into a co*cktail shaker. Add the remaining ingredients but do not add ice. Secure the lid of the shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Now add a large handful of ice to the shaker and shake again for 30-45 seconds until the shaker feels ice cold and a creamy foam has built up. Strain into a serving glass, garnish with Mixologist’s Garden blueberries and serve immediately.

Monkey Shoulder Pineapple Sour

  • 40ml Monkey Shoulder Original
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup / Orgeat Syrup
  • 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 40ml Pineapple Juice
  • Dash of Chilli Bitters / 2 slices of Chopped Chilli

Method: Pour all ingredients into a co*cktail shaker with ice and strain the ingredients into a rocks glass filled with cubed ice.

Negroni Sour

Method: Put all the ingredients except the lemon slices into the base of a co*cktail shaker (do not add ice), secure the lid and shake vigorously for 30 seconds to build up the foam. Add a large handful of ice to the shaker and shake hard again for another 30-45 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels ice-cold and a creamy foam has developed. Strain into a tumbler half-filled with ice and garnish with Mixologist’s Garden lemon slices. Serve immediately.

London Drizzle Beet

Method: Shake all ingredients over ice and double strained into a chilled martini glass.

Raspberry Margarita

Method: Put a large handful of ice into a co*cktail shaker. Pour in the tequila, Triple Sec, lime juice and syrup. Secure the lid of the shaker and shake vigorously for 30-45 seconds until the everything feels ice cold. Strain into a serving glass, garnish and serve immediately.

* Make the raspberry syrup by placing the sugar, water and raspberries into a saucepan and heating until the sugar has dissolved. Remove the pan from the heat and leave it to infuse for 30 minutes. Strain the syrup through a fine meshed sieve and discard the fruit. Decant the liquid into a bottle and store it in the fridge.

The Bloody May

  • 35ml American Mustard Gin
  • 4 dashes of celery bitters
  • 4 dashes of Tabasco
  • 6 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Brown Sauce
  • 150ml Tomato Juice

Method: Add all ingredients to a tall glass, stir well, add ice and garnish with a lemon wedge, celery, salt & pepper.

Southern Cider

Method: Fill a tumbler with ice layering in a few slices of lime and strawberry as you do so. Poke a cinnamon stick into the glass. Pour in the Southern comfort and lime juice. Add the cider slowly. Load slices of Mixologist’s Garden strawberry and lime onto co*cktail sticks and use to top the drink. Serve immediately, using the cinnamon stick to stir the drink gently.

The English Garden

Method: Put the gin, elderflower liqueur, apple juice and lime juice into a co*cktail jug with a large handful of ice and stir for 30 seconds. Half fill a Copa glass or hi-ball with ice layering in our lime slices, whole raspberries and strawberry slices as you do so. Strain the co*cktail into the glass. Thread 2 raspberries, 2 strawberry slices and a slice of lime onto a co*cktail pick and add to the glass. Serve immediately.
